  7.                      The Dupont Murder Case

  9. The Dupont Murder case began on July the 31st, when I was hired by 
  10. one Angelique Dupont after her son's brutally murdered body was 
  11. discovered in the Seine by a passing cyclist. The police were 
  12. unable to assertain the cause of death, and she came to me for 
  13. help. She lives on the Avenue Lecendre, near the site of a very 
  14. old church that is rumoured to have mysterious and unnamable 
  15. creatures living deep in the crypt. The church is closed up now 
  16. and demolished, but the crypt is supposed to still be there, 
  17. underground and sealed up. I began my investigation by visiting 
  18. the woman, but she had vanished. No-one had seen her since she 
  19. first visited me. Tonight I propose to make an investigation of 
  20. the church site, and write a report of this in the morning.
